Here at Ray Montessori School we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information as a means to communicate with you – to share important information and updates or news relevant to the service or your child.

 

All confidential and personal information about children attending this service, their parents or guardians will be held in a secure filing cabinet away from public areas and can only be accessed by authorised personnel. 

 

Management, data controllers and designated Child Protection Liaison persons, in relation to child safety and in line with our Child Protection Policy and Safeguarding Statement, will only share this data.

 

Please note that information may need to be disclosed to authorised third parties. This service will always check validity of any requests. The following list includes such organisations:

  • An Garda Síochána
  • Early Years Inspection Team,
  • DES Inspection Team,
  • Pobal Compliance Officers,
  • DCYA and Childcare Committees,
  • Insurance Company
